SoulScapes is a Christian community platform designed for fellowship, prayer, Bible study, teaching, ministry, and respectful community interaction. This Privacy Policy explains how SoulScapes collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you use the SoulScapes service.
Information We Collect
Account and Profile Information
When you create or use a SoulScapes account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, authentication information, profile details, profile image, account preferences, and information you choose to include in your profile.
Community Content and Activity
We process information you create or share through SoulScapes, including posts, comments, reactions, prayer requests and prayer activity, messages, groups, events, church or ministry activity, teachings, saved content, reports, feedback, and other community interactions.
Some information you choose to share may contain sensitive or personal information. In particular, prayer requests, messages, testimony, ministry discussions, and other community content may contain information about you or other people. Please share only information that you have permission to share.
Media and Uploaded Content
If you upload images, documents, or other media, SoulScapes processes and stores that content so that the requested features can operate.
Payment and Donation Information
SoulScapes may provide features that allow users to support ministries, churches, organizations, or other eligible recipients. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. SoulScapes may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, amount, recipient, transaction identifiers, subscription or recurring-giving status, and related records needed to provide payment, donation, accounting, support, fraud-prevention, and compliance functions.
SoulScapes does not need to store complete payment card numbers when those details are handled directly by the applicable payment processor.
Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve SoulScapes, including IP address, browser or device information, application activity, timestamps, authentication events, error information, security events, and similar service data.
How We Use Information
SoulScapes may use information to provide and maintain the service; create and manage accounts; display profiles and community content; deliver messages, prayer, group, church, ministry, event, teaching, and other features; process and record payments or donations; provide customer support; respond to feedback; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce platform rules; investigate reports; protect users and the service; maintain security and reliability; comply with legal obligations; and improve SoulScapes.
How Information Is Shared
Information you choose to publish in community areas may be visible to other SoulScapes users according to the feature and privacy settings available for that content.
SoulScapes may use service providers to operate functions such as hosting, databases, storage, authentication, payment processing, email, monitoring, security, and related infrastructure. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for SoulScapes.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect the rights and safety of SoulScapes or others, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements or platform rules, or respond to an emergency.

You may also contact SoulScapes regarding questions or requests concerning your information. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, payment records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.
Children
SoulScapes should not be used by children in violation of applicable age requirements or without any consent required by applicable law. If SoulScapes learns that personal information from a child was collected in circumstances requiring removal, appropriate steps may be taken to address it.
Third-Party Services
SoulScapes may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and SoulScapes is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.
